Do we need to know the AI solution already?
No. A clear problem and measurable outcome are more useful than a predetermined technology.
What will the sprint produce?
The output is agreed during scoping and may be a prototype, workflow proof or another bounded PoC. It is not a promise of a production-ready system unless separately agreed in writing.
Where will it be deployed?
Into an AWS account owned by your organisation. If needed, we can guide account setup under your organisation's ownership. Never send access keys through this form.
Is cloud-cost support guaranteed?
No. Any support depends on eligibility, technical scope, approval, availability and separate terms. It may not cover every cost.
Will our company become a public case study?
Not without separate approval. Any pitch, logo use, recording or public case study requires explicit consent.
Does applying commit us to any cost?
No. Submitting creates no obligation. Any Tracka fees, AWS usage charges and ongoing responsibilities will be disclosed and agreed in writing before work begins.
Who owns the result?
Deployment is in your organisation's AWS account. IP, licensing, support and reuse rights will be set out in the written project terms before work begins.
